Big thanks to everyone who contributed...
The arguments are concluded and the case is submitted. The case is now in the hands of the judges. We obviously hope for the best, but regardless of how it turns out I'd like to send a special thanks to the following people, whose hard work really helped us present as strong a case as possible: Merf Ehman, Bruce Neas, and Diana Garcia of Columbia Legal Services; Paul Tassin of King County Bar Assn.; Sarah Dunne, Nancy Talner, and Sandra Park of the ACLU; David Ward of Legal Voice; Jon Grant of Solid Ground; Steve Fredrickson, Debi Perluss, Marie Nguyen, and Greg Reaume of Northwest Justice Project.
